Welcome to AnimeCanvas.art ("we," "our," or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices when you use our website.

  • Account information: If you sign in (for example with Google or email credentials), we store account details needed for authentication, such as name, email, and profile image when provided by the provider.
  • Favorites & site usage data: If you use favorites or similar features while logged in, we store those preferences in our database.
  • Contact messages: If you email us, we receive whatever you send (typically your email address and message content).
  • Technical data: Our hosting and CDN providers may process IP address, browser type, device info, and request logs as part of delivering the site and images.

3. Cookies & Advertising

We use essential cookies/storage for core features (session, theme, cookie notice). We use advertising technologies from Adsterra (banner ads and optional support links on download pages) to keep AnimeCanvas free. Adsterra and its partners may collect device and browsing data according to their own policies.

Adsterra ads are shown as part of the free site experience. You can manage cookies in your browser settings. We do not currently run Google Analytics or Ezoic on AnimeCanvas.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third parties to operate AnimeCanvas:

  • Hosting / CDN: Site hosting (e.g. Netlify) and image delivery via Cloudinary.
  • Database: Wallpaper and account-related data stored in our MongoDB database.
  • Authentication: Google sign-in and/or credentials via NextAuth when you create or use an account.
  • Advertising: Adsterra for display ads and related support links that help keep the site free.

These providers process data under their own terms. We only share what is needed to run the service (for example serving an image URL or showing an ad).

5. Our Wallpapers & Content

Wallpapers on AnimeCanvas are AI-generated and curated by us. We do not scrape or re-upload other people's wallpaper files. Anime characters, names, and franchises remain the property of their respective copyright owners; our images are fan-made AI creations inspired by anime culture. See our DMCA Policy if you are a rights holder.

6. How We Use Information

  • Operate, secure, and improve the website
  • Provide accounts, favorites, and downloads
  • Show ads so the site can stay free
  • Respond to contact or DMCA requests
  • Comply with legal obligations

7. Children's Information (COPPA)

AnimeCanvas does not knowingly collect Personal Identifiable Information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided such information, contact us and we will take steps to remove it.
